If you have applied for patient injury compensation from us, you can follow your case on My page. Solicitors can use My page on behalf of their clients.
My page is a service where you can follow your case, supply documentation and comments as the case handling proceeds.
Who can use My page?
As My page is a new service, you are able to use it if you have applied for compensation and you are the patient.
Please be aware that:
- If you have a solicitor representing you, you only have read-only access to My page.
- You can not use My page if you have a case where a guardian is representing you.
- If you have a guardian you will only be able to see documents that you yourself have sent us, or is the recipient of, on My page.
My page for solicitors
As a solicitor you can use My page on behalf of your clients. My page is personal, and all users use BankID to log in. To get access to My page, on behalf of your clients, you must send us your social security number, and an e-mail adress and a phone number that we will use for notifications.
Privacy considerations require that you send us this information through a secure digital plattform, or by regular mail.
Loggin in
The first time you log in, you must give your consent for using My page and to receive SMS-messages.
